Calculator and comparison inputs
Our tools do not request your name, phone number, email, PAN, Aadhaar, bank account, income documents, contacts, device permissions or payment details. Calculations run in your browser using the numbers you enter. We do not collect or sell borrower leads in this release.
External lender links
If you choose to open a lender’s website, that site’s privacy notice and terms apply from that point. LoanVaani does not receive your KYC or application information through the comparison page.
Company and app directory searches
Search only for company names, corporate identifiers, app names or reported app owners. Do not enter personal or application information. Directory queries are sent to this site’s server and appear in the page URL, browser history and potentially hosting logs. We do not create search accounts or maintain a search history database.
Hosting and technical logs
The public website is hosted on Vercel. Serving and protecting it involves processing technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, requested URLs, search parameters and errors. We use hosting diagnostics for reliability, security and debugging. Retention depends on Vercel’s service and settings: its standard Pro runtime-log window is one day, while Observability Plus can retain runtime logs for 30 days. These windows are not a promise that every type of provider data is deleted after that period. We have not configured an external log archive. Business brief drafts
The business brief builder uses a fixed list of services, sources and topics; it requests no contact or borrower details. A draft stays in page memory unless you choose “Save on this device”. That action stores its scope, creation date and local reference in this browser. “Clear open and saved draft” removes that saved record; it cannot remove files you already downloaded. Downloading a brief sends its fixed-list scope, local reference and date to this site’s server in the download URL; that URL may appear in browser history or hosting logs. No contact details are included, and nothing is submitted to a seller or payment provider.
Analytics and advertising
We have not enabled advertising trackers or a visitor analytics integration. We do not use calculator inputs for advertising or lead scoring. Any future collection or sharing feature needs an updated notice before activation.
Support messages and privacy requests
If you email hello@loanvaani.in, your address and message reach the website operator’s support mailbox so we can respond. Messages remain there until deleted; the website does not run an automatic email deletion process. Use that address to request correction or deletion of correspondence or raise a privacy concern. Do not email PAN, Aadhaar, bank statements, OTPs, passwords or loan applications. We do not sell support messages or forward them as lender leads. Email-provider retention and backup policies also apply.
