Every number needs a source.
We make loan information easier to check: original sources, clear assumptions, recorded review and corrections when the evidence changes.
Original sources and dates
Loan records link to official lender pages and carry their source check date. We distinguish interest from APR and an unknown charge from a zero charge. Conflicting source figures stay visible until they can be resolved. A new build does not make old information current. Check the lender’s current Key Facts Statement and written offer before accepting a loan.
How we write and release guides
Each guide answers a borrowing question with original explanations, linked sources and useful examples. AI assists drafting and implementation. Public release requires recorded source checks and a named editorial reviewer’s approval of that version. A changed article needs a new review. The 11 English guides currently await release approval and are withheld from the public article library; we do not claim that a financial professional has reviewed them.
Corrections and withdrawal
A material error in a rate, charge, calculation or lender identity calls for removing the affected claim from public use while it is checked. Corrections must record what changed, the supporting source and the update date, then pass review again. An article that cannot be supported is withdrawn. Report a suspected mistake to hello@loanvaani.in with the page URL, the statement and an original source if available. Do not send personal loan records or identity documents.
How comparison order works
The comparison starts with the lowest published interest rate. You can sort by the published fee or maximum loan amount instead. Missing values go last. These are product comparisons, not personalised recommendations or approval predictions. No lender pays for ranking in this release.
Company and app records
RBI company snapshots and reported app associations are factual lookup records, separate from our lender guides. Their source dates or retrieval times are displayed with their limits. A match is not an app safety rating, a loan offer or RBI endorsement. A missing match does not establish fraud. Use the linked original report and lender disclosures to check the exact identity.
Languages and financial meaning
Our registry covers English and the 22 languages in the Eighth Schedule. A listed language does not mean its content is translated. A native reviewer must check the exact draft’s meaning, numbers and source references before publication. There are no approved translated editions in this release. Check current language coverage.
Commercial independence
Borrower tools and guides remain free. The proposed business research and writing service does not buy favourable coverage or a comparison position. Any future sponsored material or contracted referral must be disclosed beside the affected content or link and assessed before activation. This release has no live billing or claimed lender partnership.
Understand the calculation
The calculator uses equal monthly payments on a reducing balance, with editable inputs and an itemised schedule. Optional fees are illustrated as deductions from disbursal. Worked examples state their assumptions and do not represent a personalised lender quote. Read the formula and try the repayment calculator.
